Please can I ask for you to give me as least 48 hours notice

when you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than

48 hours notice a fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.

If you refuse to pay this fee then I will require

Full payment in advance when any further appointment is booked to secure it. (All payments to be paid via bank transfer within 48 hours)

I completely understand that in an emergency,

cancellations last minute can’t be helped and in some cases the

fee will be wavered.

​

From the 1st Dec 2019 I will also be charging a 25%

non-refundable deposit for all new Colour clients that book,

this will need to be paid when you have your consultation to secure the appointment.
